The second party

Bo's mom had a party for Eli while I was at work today. In the true spirit of having a child turn one she gave Eli cake and let him make a M E S S! It was super cute and a ton of fun. He just kept squeeling and making all kinds of crazy noises. I guess he'll be on a sugar high for a little while.

Today was Eli's 1st birthday. It's hard to imagine that he's been here a year already at the same time it feels like he's always been here. He had a good day, he's really trying to walk now. Some of our family were able to come and eat cake with us. We had a great time. Bo

Crazy Hair

Here are some great pictures of Eli and Porter that NeNe took. I couldn't resist posting it because it is so darn cute. I think we are going to have to cut the curls pretty soon.

Boys will be Boys!

Yesterday Bo took Porter on a Classic VW's Poker Run. They drove about 120 miles and stopped 5 times for drawings for door prizes. Since Bo's bus isn't up and running at the moment one of Bo's friends let them borrow his bug. Porter was the official drawer for the raffle tickets and had an amazing time. He is totally exhausted from all of the fun.
Last weekend Bo took the boys swimming at his dad's house. They had a great time! Eli loves the water. Porter was a little bit more jumpy but he had a good time too. I love summer - its already about 85 degrees durring the day.
